Will I need to build it?

Our products come in kit form and easily click together. For some, you may need to tighten a few screws, but that’s about it. And in return, you’ll get a sturdy and secure display.

When will it be delivered?

We make every display case by hand. And ship them to every corner of the globe. Delivery times change depending on our workload. Please check the delivery page. It will tell you how quickly we’ll get your item from our factory to your front door.

Same issue as with last case in this same order. Boxes with screws and no connector cubes. Need the cubes to put case together.

I got a reply email from them ASKING if I want a quote to pay for the cubes. These little cubes are tiny, and should be very cheap to send. Why don’t you just give me the quote in the first reply, rather than wait for me to reply? They should just send them, but they won’t as it’s been over 30 days. I never expected to have to check their work before. They are really going downhill with quality control.

No instructions on how to piece these wall mount helmet cases together, either.
