If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return your unwanted item within 30 days of receipt unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging. Please note that Wicked Brick Custom products are non-refundable.
All returns must be accompanied by a valid Wicked Brick dispatch confirmation email including your order reference number.
You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging. If your shipment is delayed in transit or returned to us before reaching its destination, refunds for returns will only be processed once we receive the shipment back.
