Be Prepared to Wait

Great quality display. Terrible everything else. 4 months from order to delivery- 2 months past estimated ship date. Automated customer service messages that were no help and it was impossible to get in contact with a real person. 48 hours only to check for damage after waiting 4 months the product? They truly do not care about the customer’s experience.

Again, the quality of the display is great. Everything else was atrocious. While I do love the display, this will be my last WB product. I can’t believe Lego is okay with their brand being associated with this train wreck.
