Display Case for LEGO® Star Wars™ UCS Millennium Falcon (75192)

The cases were not available for immediate delivery as they are custom made, this is certainly not an issue. You just need to plan building the falcon., as you don’t want it sat around getting dusty while you wait for the case to be delivered. There was an extra 2 week delay to my order, with which WB updated me along the way. The case arrived extremely well packed and nothing inside was damaged even though the box had had the normal courier treatment. The case was easy to put together, it just takes time. It all fitted together perfectly with no need for any adjustments. It looks absolutely awesome, the stand for the figures and Plaque are an extra special touch. I am a little short on space, so being able to tilt the falcon in the case decreased the width of where the model sits, it also protects it from being knocked or touched by inquisitive fingers. Overall I would definitely recommend this case and buying it from WB.

Excellent Customer Service

The Display Case for LEGO® Star Wars™ UCS Millennium Falcon (75192) was ordered and delivered in the time stated. However due to the courier clearly not paying attention to the fragile stickers, the box arrived damaged. A couple of parts were found damaged so I contacted customer support. After a prompt response they re-ordered the parts which were dispatched quickly.

Extremely happy with the product and the customer service response I received.
