Exciting Product and Service updates
We’re always looking to improve here at Wicked Brick, so with it being our birthday celebration, it seems like the perfect time to take a look at some of the products and service-related changes we’ve got coming up.
Product updates
We’ve got bold plans to continue expanding our Warhammer product range, and the latest new backgrounds are just the start. We’ve multiple new Officially Licensed Warhammer backgrounds in development, which will be available for multiple case sizes. We’re also going to be introducing new Character Cases, which will act as a themed display for a specific Miniature. The biggest piece of news is that after all of your comments, we're finally going to be creating displays for Horus Heresy! Keep an eye on our newsletters and social media to be the first to know when these products drop.
New product lines are coming for Collectable Cards and Comics! These innovative new displays will serve as the perfect way to protect and elevate your favourite cards and comic books. With themed, printed designs and our signature premium materials, these displays have got us extremely excited, and we can't wait to share more with you.
For the longest time, you’ve been able to choose between a printed background or a clear display case. Well, soon you'll be able to choose from a third option as we’re looking to add mirrored backgrounds to the selection. These will allow you to view the rear side of your build or collectable. This update also goes hand in hand with our plan to allow the individual purchase of some parts, including background designs! This is still something we’re exploring at this time, but we understand the huge potential this will bring - sign up to our newsletter today to stay updated as things develop.
Service updates
Coming in August, our first exciting service-related announcement is that we’re going to be bringing back free UK shipping for all orders over £75. It’s back and it's here to stay. Simply ensure your basket meets the £75 minimum and watch as your shipping costs vanish at checkout.
Another exciting piece of news for our UK customers is that, also starting in August 2025, our production lead time for all UK orders will be 10 working days! Regardless of where in the UK you live or what you order, your display will be on the road within 10 working days of purchase.
As for worldwide customers? Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you! We will be offering a 4-week lead time and are actively exploring options to reduce our shipping costs. There are several solutions we are looking into for this, and we hope to have further news soon.
Loyalty is something we really value here at Wicked Brick, and that is why we’re planning on updating our existing loyalty system. These updates will give you more opportunities to earn points and save on future purchases. Keep an eye out for more details on this next month.
