We now have multiple display cases and all are simply put amazing to look at. They have completely transformed how we display our sets. I get what people are saying about expense and the long lead times, but honestly, they are worth the money and the delivery times are mostly in line with those published on the website (i.e. no nasty surprises). The cases themselves are easily worth a 5* review, but...
Having tried for 8 weeks to try and get in touch with Wicked Bricks about a replacement part, via email, direct email and chat and had absolutely nothing useful back (apart from a couple of auto / AI responses) I am losing faith in the company. The communication and unwillingness to reach out is a major failing point for me. In this respect, I feel that as you are paying a premium price, it should be backed up with at least the decency to engage with your customers, I note that you are more than happy to keep sending me comms for new products, whilst ignoring my messages.
