Product? Good. Service? ...

This stand is very nice: a well-made, classy looking display solution. Just what I need to fit the very large Concorde on a shelf.
Unfortunately, my first experience dealing with Wicked Brick was not so good. I submitted a straightforward product query to confirm dimensions, weight, etc. It was almost 3 weeks before I got a response. Having placed an order, this was not dispatched until 10 weeks later. I did receive a couple of email updates during this period, which was appreciated.
The delayed response to my initial query prompted me to order just the stand, rather than the full display case. I will be sourcing a custom case from elsewhere.
