We’ve built a Limited Edition, wall-mounted display stand to protect and enhance your LEGO Blacktron Renegade. With a Limited Edition backplate and uniquely numbered plaque, there’s no better way to showcase your latest Icons set.

On the quality of the machining and added magnetic elements to showcase the set itself, it's sturdy and vibrant: 5/5.

However, as seen in the video, the massively huge big background decal was installed in the incorrect orientation. Thus, I cannot mount my completed LEGO set. I'm curious with apparently 3 points of verification from Quality Control how we ended up here.

I will happily edit the review if we can come to a resolution. Customer support says 1-2 working weeks for a response; it has been 1 week so far.
