Limited Edition Display Case for Warhammer® 40,000 Captain Titus

I bought a total of four different display cases: one each for Guilliman, Captain Titus, Librarian Tigurius, and Chapter Master Calgar. The quality of the cases themselves is good, but the protective film can stick a bit too tightly to the acrylic panels, leaving behind residue. Also, the base pads that attach to the bottom of the cases are tricky to peel off their backing paper. A tip from me: use a small knife to score the film; it makes it much easier to remove the protective layer. However, the worst part of the experience was the customer service. When the order took longer than expected, I had to contact the company and wait nearly a week for a reply. After being told that production was delayed due to illness and a broken machine, I waited another month before messaging them again. The second reply stated that my order would be ready in about 2–3 weeks; I waited another two weeks past that date before messaging them once more. The response was that "my order would be ready in the next few days." I waited another two weeks before sending yet another message—this time threatening to cancel the order. Only then was my order finally shipped; it arrived in separate packages. Instead of the 4–8 weeks stated on the website, I waited 16 weeks for my order to ship. I can cut the company some slack regarding the illness and the broken machine, but I find it very poor that I was given incorrect information about the shipping status in multiple messages. Once was enough for me—never again. Sorry.
