Shipping Lead Time

All of our products are tailor-made specifically for each order - and due to the large amount of orders we’re currently receiving we currently estimate orders will be shipped approximately 6 - 8 weeks from the date of purchase (for all orders placed in August 2022).

We truly appreciate your understanding and support during this time and are doing everything to ensure we reduce this lead time as soon as possible.

You talked, we listened. Following customer feedback, we have now upgraded all delivery options to ensure faster and safer shipping with vastly improved tracking for your orders!

 

UK Shipping

All orders to customers in the UK will be delivered by Yodel. Orders over £75.00 (not including delivery) will qualify for free shipping.

 

European Shipping

European deliveries sent by DHL European Economy take approximately 3-5 days to be delivered once the order has been shipped.

 

International Shipping

All of our international deliveries have been upgraded to DHL Express, one of the fastest and safest shipping methods in the world. Each customer will receive detailed tracking information and their order will be delivered within 4-6 days of the order being shipped, depending on location.
Remote Location Delivery
DHL offers the widest global coverage of any express company. Less accessible remote locations may incur extra shipping charges. Check here to see if your post code is on This List. 

         

        PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we aim to ensure all products are shipped on time, occasionally there are unforeseen circumstances for our designated shipping companies which can result in delays. Therefore delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

         

        International Shipping Disclaimer 

        • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
        • As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
        • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
