Build your very own hypercar with the LEGO® Technic™ McLaren P1™, the latest and most advanced Technic set yet. At a staggering 3893 pieces, the Technic McLaren P1 faithfully recreates the modern motoring masterpiece on a 1:8 scale, measuring over 14 cm (5.5 in.) high, 59 cm (23 in.) long and 25 cm (9.5 in.) wide. Details like the 7-speed shifter box and V8 engine are part of the build for a fully authentic experience. 

We’ve decided to create a Limited Edition, wall-mounted display case that’s ideal for showcasing and protecting your LEGO® Technic™ McLaren P1™. Sporting a ‘carbon-fibre’ texture backplate and unique, limited printed front panel. Designed specifically for set 42172 and made of clear premium acrylic, our cases are the stand out choice.

Awesome Quality

I bought this before I bought the actual set itself. I wanted to make sure to snag this so I would have a beautiful place to display the P1. The components look high quality and I can't wait to assemble it with the set.

Wow!

I have been familiar with Wickedbrick products for a long time. Now I was looking for a way to display the Supercar series on the wall and to protect it from dust. Wickedbrick offered me the perfect solution to get both options in one product. The Limited Edition is high quality and extremely appealing in design. Perfect! I'm already looking forward to the remaining four displays to complete the series.

Another Winner…

I have now ordered a total of ten large display cases from Wicked Brick, and all have been masterpieces. This one, the McLaren P1 Limited Edition, was delivered to my home in the United States a couple of weeks ago, and mine was #2 out of the 350 being offered for sale. I am saving assembly of this one as a Christmas present for myself (along with the Lego set itself), but I have inspected all of the components, and they meet the usual standards. The only mystery here is how I was able to receive this item ten days after I ordered it, given the terminology "bespoke and made to order" used on the website. My only other Limited Edition order is for the Notre Dame de Paris, which I also ordered immediately upon availablity, is set to be retired, but has not yet arrived. I am really looking forward to receiving that one, since I have already built the Lego kit. But I know that it will be well worth the wait!!
