LEGO® Formula 1 Helmet Sets: Leclerc & Hamilton Ferrari Builds Revealed

Formula 1 and LEGO have been steadily building a stronger connection in recent years, from Speed Champions race cars to large-scale collector builds. Now, the collaboration shifts focus to the drivers themselves with a brand-new LEGO® Editions Formula 1 helmet series.

Leading the grid are two detailed display models celebrating Ferrari drivers, the Scuderia Ferrari HP Charles Leclerc Helmet (43014) and the Scuderia Ferrari HP Lewis Hamilton Helmet (43022), which bring the iconic look of modern F1 racing gear into brick-built form. These sets mark the beginning of what appears to be a wider helmet collection within the LEGO Editions line.

Both sets will launch on 1 May 2026, priced at £79.99 / $89.99 / €89.99 each.

A New Display Series for Motorsport Fans

Rather than focusing on the cars themselves, these sets capture one of the most recognisable elements of Formula 1 — the driver’s helmet. Each model recreates the distinctive shapes, colours and graphics seen on track.

These new sets recreate those distinctive designs with impressive accuracy, resulting in compact display models that feel perfectly suited to desks, shelves or collector spaces.

Each helmet also includes a driver minifigure boasting accurate facial prints, detailed torso printing (including the drivers’ names printed across the back), printed legs and what appear to be brand-new hair pieces designed specifically for the figures.

The Charles Leclerc Helmet (43014) incorporates several key elements from Leclerc’s real helmet design, including his driver number 16, Ferrari’s iconic Prancing Horse emblem, and subtle tributes to both his father and fellow driver Jules Bianchi.

The finished build is presented on a display stand alongside a signature plaque printed with Charles Leclerc’s autograph, making it feel like a true motorsport collectible.

If you're planning to add this helmet to your collection, our display case for the Charles Leclerc helmet is designed to protect and elevate the finished build.

Alongside Leclerc’s model, LEGO has also revealed the Lewis Hamilton Helmet (43022), celebrating one of Formula 1’s most successful drivers as he enters a new chapter with Ferrari.

The model contains 884 pieces and mirrors Hamilton’s distinctive colour scheme, featuring bold yellow tones associated with the seven-time world champion alongside Ferrari red elements.

Collectors will also appreciate the inclusion of a Lewis Hamilton minifigure wearing his red Scuderia Ferrari HP racing suit, marking the first time Hamilton has appeared as a Ferrari driver in LEGO form.

The Start of a Larger LEGO F1 Collection

These Ferrari helmets appear to be just the first entries in a broader collection. Early reports suggest the LEGO Editions helmet line may expand in the future, potentially celebrating other drivers and historic figures from Formula 1.
