Product Description

The LEGO® Icons Douglas DC-3 Pan American Airliner (11378) is a 1,903-piece build of the twin-engine aircraft that shaped commercial aviation in the 1930s, finished in full Pan Am Globe livery with four period-uniformed crew minifigures.

Our display case for the DC-3 Pan American Airliner mounts the model on a 5mm clear acrylic flight stand, angling it into a climbing position so it reads as airborne from every angle.

A UV-printed back panel shows a sky scene of clouds and fields, while a matching printed base depicts the patchwork farmland below, placing the DC-3 in the moment of takeoff.

A dedicated stud section on the base keeps all four minifigures and the included LEGO plaque in the display.

Custom flight stand - A 5mm clear acrylic stand holds the DC-3 at a climbing angle with no modification to the model needed.

Minifigure and plaque display - A stud section on the base holds all four Pan Am crew minifigures and the LEGO set plaque together in one display.

UV-printed artwork - Two printed panels work together: a back panel showing clouds and open sky, and a base depicting patchwork fields below, framing the model in a takeoff scene.

Protected - The lift-off case fits over a grooved base, keeping the build dust-sealed without clips or clasps.

Dust free - Once sealed, no dusting required and no risk of parts being knocked loose during cleaning.

Information plaque - An etched acrylic plaque shows the set number and piece count, sitting flush with the base.
