Product Item is amazing compared to the old UCS 75060 display case

Overall product is really good and well designed compared to the old UCS Slave 1. More designed and bolt/secure places.
However delivery of an item that was estimated 4 -6 weeks took 12 weeks to arrive and lack of responses to emails is bad.

Its just alright

It took 4 months and a couple of days to get it which is an insane thing to say when they send an email out telling you it will be 4-6 weeks and then 8-10 weeks which it wasn't. the cut for one of the parts definitely wasn't right and ended up scratching just to get it on thankfully you cant see it as its the part that holds up the Slave 1 and its on the back but overall it was just a pain to wait forever and have one of the parts not go on good and scratch for something you pay good money for, they are definitely going to have to do something about NA buyers because I've seen so many people have the same issue I've had

Good but delivery timeline is unsustainable

Love the products but the time it takes tog et them delivered is often a show stopper. Plus customs fees to be paid is also a deterrent. You need a plant in Canada and/or the US to stay competitive as I will be trying another company for my next order
