What should have been a simple purchase turned into a 13-week headache.
I ordered this display case on March 20. The website estimated 6–8 weeks. Instead, I waited 13 weeks and 4 days. During that time, I sent around 20 messages asking for updates and received almost no communication. The only explanation I ever got was that they were experiencing product shortages.
When the case finally arrived, I found out it wasn't even assembled. Apparently, customers are expected to build it themselves, yet I couldn't find that information anywhere on the website when ordering.
Then came the final surprise: there were no instructions in the box.
So after waiting over three months, I was left with a pile of parts and no directions. Terrible communication, inaccurate lead times, and a frustrating customer experience from start to finish.
