Choice of background - Choose between either clear or a UV printed background designed by our in-house team, exclusive for this product.

Great quality, fitting and details. I am really impressed.

2 things to improve: 1. Your communication, there were a lot of delays in my shipping... A LOT. and the "Shop" App doesn´t really help. It is kind of confusing when you are trying to build a business with new clients and your are trying to gain their trust so then can re-buy from you when you have a lack of communication. 2. You really need somebody to pick up the phone... when you have a Call Center in your business, believe me... clients feel free to call and track or maybe ask questions. For example, I tried to call at least 5 times to check on my shipping... no phone... then I received everything and a QR Code just came to scan, if you scan it it does not take you to the specific instruction manual, it is such a mess to find (for the first time) how to deal with ensambling everything.

Believe this is not a hate review comment it is only for you to improve, I really liked your products, amazing quality... really. I am going to ask for a couple of more things and will reffer you guys to my friends, but please imprive your communication skills.
